Do you believe in Spirit Guides?

Personally I do. I believe we have at least one with us, guiding us, helping us whenever we ask. I believe that is where the messages come from when I do a tarot reading. I have often felt a hand on my shoulder from time to time when I have been struggling and asking for guidance. I also think I may have been hugged by one once, I'm not sure tbh but it was definitely something beyond this realm.
